House Rules

  • All rates are in U.S. Dollars and may change until your reservation is confirmed.
  • Prices vary by date, room type, and availability.
  • Taxes and fees are added to the final price unless noted otherwise.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if smoking, of any kind, or vaping occurs in any room.
  • Smoking outdoors must be 20 feet away from public areas, such as sidewalks, balconies, windows, and entrances into rooms and buildings.
  • Dogs are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms. We do not allow CATS. Service animals are always welcome. Unregistered pets will result in a $50 fee. 
  • On the day of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged the amount of the first night's stay, plus applicable taxes.
  • Any extra fees (such as pet or extra guest fee or upgrade room) apply at check-in. 
  • A valid photo ID and credit/debit card are required at check-in
  • Full payment for the stay is due at check in.
  • A card authorization or cash deposit may be required for incidentals or damages. 
  • Guests with a local residence within Idaho Falls and surrounding area, are required to provide a refundable $200.00 security deposit at check in.
  • The person checking in must be 21 or older.
  • Free on-site parking is available for registered guest. 
  • Oversized vehicles or trailers must be cleared with front desk.
  • The motel is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or belongings.
  • Report any billing or service issues to the front desk right away, we will work to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly.
  • The motel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal items.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the room or property.
  • Use of motel facilities is at the guest's own risk.
  • The motel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
  • We aim to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. Accessible rooms and features are available but must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Noise or disturbance may result in eviction and fees.
  • We collect and use guest information for reservations, payments, and security. Your information is kept confidential and only shared when required by law
